Halloween!

We carried on our tradition this year and carved some spooky pumpkins. Jake's Dad was in town so he joined in and carved along with us!

Bruce had this cool lazar app on his phone that helped him carve his pumpkin. =0)

Along with the carving we had a two Halloween Parties to attend. One was with our church, and the other was at Jakes work. It was nice with Sadie being so little to take her to the parties were they had trick-or-treating. Then we didn't have to take her out into the cold on Halloween night. She got lots of goodies and was fun to watch.
I don't want this on Mom!

Sadie was so cute with the trick-or-treating. Jake's work was the first experience for her, at the beginning she just watched the first person put the candy in her bag. At the second door she politely took one piece of candy from the bowl and placed it in her bag. Then by the third door she had the trick or treating thing down she was grabbing as much candy as she could, stuffing it into her bag. We left with lots of candy and one happy little girl!

The Church Party....

She decided to crawl into our friends stroller, and watch the games.

CANDY! This girl just wants CANDY! Every time she sees the candy bowl she points to it and tries to get us to give her some.
