Happy Thanksgiving! We have had a miraculous and very relaxing break this week, enjoyed some much needed family time, shopping and spending time with friends.

Thanksgiving morning Jake, the girls and I went and raked leaves for someone who needed a little extra help. It felt great to do something nice for someone. She was very appreciative. A little act of kindness can go a long way and helped us get into the Holiday spirit. We may have to make this a tradition every year :)

I sure miss daily naps so when this cutie decides to crash I cherish every quiet moment of mommy time I can.

7 months

Baby Zel is 7 months old, and oh how time time has flown. She is now speed crawling, pulling herself up to stand, and still working on cutting her first tooth.

Her crawling has taken off like crazy I feel as I she can crawl faster than I walk. She loves that she can now keep up with us around the house.

As of the past couple weeks she has began pulling herself up to stand. How at 7 months she is doing this? I have no idea. I'm curious as to how soon she will walk.

As for the teeth, I swear she has been teething for two months straight. Her teeth have bothered her forever and she has been drooling and chewing on things like crazy. But she still has nothing to show for all the sleepless nights and bursts of fevers. I am hopeful it will be soon.

I can't believe she is getting so big already and starting to show her sweet personality. I love being her mom!

Sleep is overrated. Who needs sleep anyway. Not this baby. :)

We decided we better enjoy the warm weather before the bitter cold strikes. We had a great time, I love that Zel can now sit in the swing and enjoy the park more.
